Cooling System:
Equipped with Daikin commercial air conditioners: two 6 HP units and two 3 HP units, with internally designed ventilation ducts.
Power Supply and Distribution System:
Dual-channel 380V main/backup power input, 220V emergency input, a 60 KVA isolation transformer, and three 10 KVA APC UPS units providing uninterrupted power to the entire vehicle’s equipment.

Zoning and Workstation Setup
Functional Zoning:
The vehicle is divided into separate functional areas: Director’s Area, Technical Area, Audio Area, and Multi-Function Area. Each area has physical partitions and operates independently.
Workstation Setup:
The workstations are flexibly and reasonably designed, supporting up to 25 workstations throughout the vehicle.
System Design
System Architecture:
The vehicle utilizes a SONY UHD NMI IP system, while also supporting a baseband 3G system. The system can accommodate up to 24 standard cameras, 2 ultra-high-speed cameras, 2 wireless cameras, multiple external inputs, and 4 units of 4K EVS, with ample room for future expansion.
Video Switcher:
The core switcher is the 4ME SONY XVS-8000. It supports 4ME in 4K mode and 8ME in 3G/HD modes. It can handle both NMI IP signals and baseband video signals. The main control panel features a 36-button 4ME layout, while the auxiliary panel uses a 20-button 2ME layout.
Audio System:
The audio is managed by a LAWO MC²56 audio console with a 48-fader control panel.
It supports a full range of input/output formats and 5.1 audio production.
Monitoring System:
The system utilizes SONY monitors and EVERTZ multi-viewers, supporting up to 176 split-screen views, catering to various production requirements.
Intercom System:
An RTS ADAM-M intercom matrix is used, with each workstation equipped with a dedicated intercom panel.
Control System:
A VSM control system is integrated to enable flexible and convenient control of the entire broadcast setup.
Replay System:
Wired for EVS VIA slow-motion servers to meet different slow-motion production needs.

Broadcast Vehicle Operation
Since its deployment, the UHD1 broadcast vehicle has delivered hundreds of HD and UHD productions for leading domestic and international events. These include major football league competitions, as well as global events such as the Tokyo 2020 Olympic football broadcasts and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics cross country skiing coverage. Throughout, the system has consistently proven to be highly stable and reliable in operation.
