Overview

This single expanding OB trailer was originally built and operated in the UK for football league coverage and a wide range of live sports productions.

It is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade programme, transforming it into a modern, high-performance broadcast solution suitable for European and international operations.

Refurbishment Scope

Exterior

• Removal, full service, and reinstallation of the hydraulic system
• Complete inspection and servicing of all electrical systems
• Full overhaul and servicing of the OB van power systems
• Complete exterior repaint in metallic white
• Upgrade to modern exterior lighting
• Replacement and full servicing of the air-conditioning systems
• Replacement of locker gas struts
• Locker interiors upgraded with aluminium chequer plate lining

Interior

• Removal of existing wall coverings and installation of modern wall panels
• Upgrade to contemporary, high-efficiency ceiling lighting
• Replacement of all floor finishes with modern materials
• Installation of LED task lighting under desks
• Refinishing of wood trims to a modern standard
• Removal of partition wall and optimisation of interior layout
