Televideo’s OB1 is our flagship Outside Broadcast Unit. The sister truck of OB2, originally designed as a pair to deliver complex ‘Host & Pres’ operations. It is equipped with a powerful Grass Valley Kahuna 9600 vision mixer and Nvision 3G hybrid matrix, the multi-format unit can work in either HD or UHD catering to every customer’s needs. The truck has recently been refurbished with cabling for 20 Sony HDC-3500 HD/UHD camera channels and multiple RF and specialist cameras. The spacious VT area benefits from optional partitions to convert the space into three separate working areas such as EVS replays, Media management and an Edit Suite. OB1 also has three rows of desks in production accommodating a team of up to 13 and is perfect for large Sports and Entertainment shows. OB1, like it’s sister truck OB2 also has wheelchair access to the rear production area via an external lift.
