Arise TV – 24 Camera Double Expander HD OB VAN with 1.8m Satellite Uplink

THE BRIEF

C2S acquired a 24-camera HD OB van from SuperSport Nigeria, originally built by C2S in 2011 to cover the local football league, renovated the OB Van and sold it to Arise TV in Nigeria. The system comprised two Mercedes AXOR double expander vehicles, a production unit and a VT/Satellite unit, along with a Mercedes AXOR support vehicle equipped with twin generators.

C2S carried out a comprehensive renovation, including:

Upgrading the vision mixer, router, glue, and multiviewer
Replacing all monitors and control systems
Upgrading cameras, EVS servers, and VT units
Performing full servicing of the vehicles including coach, generators, power, UPS, air-con and KU-Band satellite system
The entire refurbishment was completed onsite in Lagos, ensuring minimal downtime and cost efficiency for the client
