THE BRIEF: FULL FRAME CAMERAS FOR C-A-VOUS
In 2025, 3eOeil Productions contacted C2S to upgrade their main studio producing the premium live TV show C-A-VOUS in Paris for FranceTélévisions. C2S advised, demonstrated and supplied Full Frame cameras & robotics, and we upgraded the production control room during the summer break.
THE SOLUTION
The heart of the upgrade is a set of seven Sony FR7 full frame cameras, fitted with motorized Sony zoom lenses. These PTZ units give the show the shallow depth of field and cinematic look of large-sensor cameras, while remaining fully remote-controlled. A Panasonic PLV100 4K shoulder camera with a Fujinon zoom lens adds a mobile position on the studio floor, and two Marshall CV228 cameras provide wide-angle shots.
All cameras are shaded from eight Cyanview RCP-Unlimited remote control panels, and the robotics are driven through Ross pan-tilt heads and SmartShell. In the production control room, Ross Ultriscape multiviewers and a Ross Xpression graphics system complete the installation. The whole upgrade was carried out during the summer break, so the show could return on air with its new full frame look. C2S handled the advice, the demonstrations, the supply of the equipment and its integration into the production control room.
